A Viking/Saxon three way strap divider. It has been based on a find in the Portable Antiquities Scheme (Record ID NCL-AC4ED5).
This strap divider is similar to a find from Revesby, East Lindsey in Lincolnshire and likely saw usage during AD 800 - 1100
The central motif is occupied by a raised mouse head, very similar in style to the mouse head terminals of strap-ends of the later Early Medieval period.
Cast in the UK from brass using the lost wax technique. Original master carved by Andy Mason, cast by Stuart Makin of Jackhammer Forge.

37mm wide by 38mm long.
The wide strap hole will fit a leather strap 15mm wide.
